Exclusive: Heathers Musical Blu-Ray to Include Sing-Along Version and Signed Poster

The home distribution arm of Kaleidoscope Films will release Heathers on DVD and Blu-Ray just two months after the film premieres in cinemas later this month. The musical will also be released to streaming in the UK by Icon Film Distribution.

The cinema release will mark the first time Heathers will be shown in the UK since its streaming debut last year in the US and Canada. The musical is still available to stream through the free ad-supported Roku Channel.

Heathers was filmed last year at its London home, starring some of its original 2021 off-West End cast, including Ailsa Davidson as Veronica Sawyer, Simon Gordon as J.D., and Maddison Firth as Heather Chandler.

The Blu-Ray release of the musical will include a signed film poster, a special sign-along version, a Behind the Scenes film captured at The Other Palace, and multiple interviews with the cast and crew of Heathers.

The DVD release will include all of the mentioned special features (including a signed film poster), but will not feature the sing-along version, which will be a Blu-Ray exclusive.

Kaleidoscope Home Distribution will release Heathers: the Musical on DVD and Blu-Ray June 5th, 2023. Both releases are now available to pre-order and will become available through most retailers in the UK upon release. A pre-order link was added to our Heathers page.

The DVD has an MSRP of £10, with the Blu-Ray retailing for £15. Amazon is currently offering 14% off the Blu-Ray release, which is available to pre-order for £12.99. While the DVD version will be region locked to PAL systems, the musical's Blu-Ray release is expected to be region-free. The release is not rated.
