Here’s How to Stream Titanic the Musical for Free

Stage2View/Liberator Films and BroadwayHD released the live capture to cinemas across the US last month and have now made the musical accessible to viewers through Amazon Prime channels.

Described as 'breathtaking' by The Guardian and 'magnificent' by The Telegraph, Titanic: The Musical is a remarkable and emotionally stirring production centering on the passengers of the Titanic, each embarking with their own stories, dreams, and aspirations.

The recent UK production was filmed by production company Stage2View, known for their recently filmed stage musicals such as "Kinky Boots," "An American in Paris," and "Anything Goes."

Titanic the Musical can now be streamed for free through a special 7-day trial on Amazon Prime. BroadwayHD has acquired the rights to distribute the musical in partnership with Stage2View and will exclusively stream the live capture.

Thanks to their Amazon Channel partnership, viewers can now sign up for free and stream Titanic the Musical before the live capture is released through other streaming vendors. It is also expected that the musical will be released as a DVD and Blu-Ray in the coming months from Stage2View and Liberator Films.

The original Broadway production of Titanic the Musical received five Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Score, and Best Book. This new production commemorates the 10th anniversary of its London premiere, which received widespread critical acclaim.

Presented by Danielle Tarento in association with Mayflower Theatre, Southampton, Harmonia, Bruce Robert Harris, and Jack W Batman, Titanic the Musical premiered at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley on March 16th, 2023.

Filming of the musical took place using seven cameras placed at multiple locations within the New Victoria Theatre during regular performances, with the cast and crew also filming the show in an empty theater during the day.

Titanic the Musical features music and lyrics by Maury Yeston and a compelling book by Peter Stone. Together, this creative duo boasts an impressive array of awards, including an Academy Award, an Emmy Award, an Olivier Award, and three Tony Awards.
