Best Musicals and Concerts You Can Watch on Paramount Plus

Paramount+, the new streaming service from ViacomCBS is just getting off the ground. Replacing the original CBS All Access platform, the streamer is working hard at adding new titles every week.

With many theater fans subscribing to Paramount Plus to watch the Tony Awards last week, we decided to collect the stage musicals, movie musicals, and concerts you can now watch on the platform before jumping off to another streamer.

Here are the top musicals and concert you should catch while subscribed to Paramount Plus:

The Spongebob Musical (2019)

The Spongebob Musical, which closed on Broadway in September 2018 was filmed more than a year after closing. In an unusual move, the entire cast and crew recreated the show for the filmed performances at the Plymouth Theatre in the UK. The show, which originally aired on Nickelodeon in several different versions (Full, edited, and sing-along) was later made available on streaming and DVD. Due to the incredible demand for the show on DVD, Nickelodeon later released Spongebob on Blu-Ray as well. The Blu-Ray is made on-demand.
