During these unprecedented times, the theater community has come together to provide viewers from around the world the opportunity to stream select theater productions for free. Check out this updating list of musicals, plays, and operas that are now streaming!
The following list includes links to free publicly available online materials as part of the entertainment industry's effort to provide theater offerings to audiences at home whilst venues are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Gypsy [Bette Midler]
Ambitious stage mother Rose Hovick (Bette Midler) wants desperately for her daughter, June (Jeffrey Broadhurst), to become the vaudeville star she never was. With the help of savvy but kind-hearted agent Herbie Sommers (Peter Riegert), Rose realizes her aspirations for June, but when her new star rebelliously elopes, June's shy sister, Louise (Cynthia Gibb), reluctantly steps into the spotlight, transforming herself into the legendary burlesque star Gypsy Rose Lee.
Hamlet (Broadway Production)
The highly successful 1964 Richard Burton Broadway production of "Hamlet", deliberately staged in the style of a "dress rehearsal", but performed in front of a live audience. Howard Taubman of The New York Times called it "a performance of electrical power and sweeping virility", noting that he had never known or seen "a Hamlet of such tempestuous manliness"

Pippin is a 1972 musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Roger O. Hirson. Bob Fosse, who directed the original Broadway production, also contributed to the libretto.

Flower Drum Song
In this adaptation of the 1958 Rodgers and Hammerstein Broadway musical, Chinese immigrant Mei Li (Miyoshi Umeki) is betrothed to nightclub boss Sammy Fong (Jack Soo), but he wants to marry showgirl Linda Low (Nancy Kwan). To get out of the arrangement, Sammy pawns her off to wealthy Master Wang (Benson Fong) as a fiancée for his son, Wang Ta (Victor Sen Yung). Mei Li falls in love with Wang, but he wants to pursue Linda, who takes advantage of his affections to test Sammy's love.

Bob Fosse's ALL THAT JAZZ, the semi-autobiographical fantasy based on Fosse's life and career as a dancer, choreographer and director.
Sweeney Todd [Tim Burton]
Benjamin vows to seek revenge from the judge who framed him for a crime he did not commit. In order to do so, he reopens his barbershop and begins murdering his customers with a razor.
Every Little Step
Follows the plight of real-life dancers as they struggle through auditions for the Broadway revival of "A Chorus Line". Also investigates the history of the show and the creative minds behind the original and current incarnations.
Bye Bye Birdie
The musical about a manager (Jason Alexander) and his girlfriend (Vanessa Williams) concoct one last publicity stunt before his teen idol client enters the Army during the 1960s.
