In her review for the San Francisco Chronicle, Lily Janiak said: "Gordon’s lyrics offer both insight and comic exaggeration that Austen herself might approve of. Uncouth Mrs. Bennet (Heather Orth), single-minded in pursuit of husbands for her five daughters, sings that she’d be matchmaking for her girls even if they were still “in the womb.” After Elizabeth learns of the treachery of former favorite Mr. Wickham (Taylor Crousore), Darcy gets a plaintive, “Where does that leave me?” — a thoughtful distillation of how, in each moment, each character, all of us, are the heroes of our own stories."

The live production stars Samantha James Ayoob, Seton Chiang, Taylor Crousore, Travis Leland, Mary Mattison, Justin Mortellitit, Heather Orth, Sharon Rietkirk, Michelle Skinner, Heather Mae Steffen, Chanel Tilghman, Melissa WolfKlain, Tara Kostmayer, Monique Hafen Adams, Lucinda Hitchcock Cone, Sean Fenton, Brian Herndon, Dani Marcus, and Christopher Vettel.

"Pride and Prejudice" is directed by TheatreWorks’ Artistic Director Robert Kelley and choreographed by Dottie Lester-White. Scenic Designer is by Joe Ragey, Sound Design by Brendan Aanes, Costume Design by Fumiko Bielefeldt, and Wig Design by Roxie Johnson.
